Our stay with Kasa Freemore West was great! The online services were thorough as well as speedy.The room was all we could ask for and more. Felt a little too homey. We didn’t want to leave. Lol. Location was also fantastic. We had convenience stores with 2 miles and well as grocery and pharmacy. We were also a 5 min drive from downtown so Ubers were cheap and we avoided headache parking. Overall 10/10 will be staying again!
I had a great stay at Kasa FreeMoreWest in Charlotte! The unit was super clean, modern, and looked exactly like the pictures. Check-in was smooth and easy with the codes they sent, and I loved that everything was contactless. The area felt safe and it was close to food spots and stores, which made everything convenient. The space was perfect for our trip — comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and plenty of room to relax. Overall, it was a stress-free experience and I would definitely stay here again!
I had a great stay at the Kasa freemore west. The rooms were updated and nice with plenty of space. There wasn't a gate code as stated to get into the lot, but I could tell they were doing some construction there. I also didnt like using biometrics to rent a room. But now that they already have info, I would stay again.
We had a really great experience staying here! It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. This would be an excellent place to stay for longer trips as well because you have a full kitchen to be able to make meals and snacks, as well as a washer and dryer in unit!
Was traveling from FL to NJ and decided to stay here for a couple days. No issues really. Was skeptical of it because of the virtual part but wasnt an issue at all. Rooms are spacious and TV’s are huge. Better than an hotel in my opinion because you could airplay. Was perfect for what we needed. Just a place to chill and crash our heads. Walls are thin but no one was really making a lot of noise in the late hours. Would def stay here again
My stay was for 5 days at Kasa and I had no complaints. The room looked great, it was clean and the location was close to everything. Communicating with the company was easy, they were very responsive. I would definitely recommend Kasa and I would definitely only choose to stay here whenever I’m in the Charlotte area.
My daughter & I took an overnight trip for a concert. I actually felt safe during our stay. Place was quiet. Virtual check in is super convenient. Location is convenient to lots of things! My ONLY complaint is there were no linens for the pull out bed. Room was clean and stocked with extras. Thank you!
The KasaFreeMoreWest Charlotte was better than expected. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, quiet and close to restaurants and more. Maybe not Charlotte but we will definitely be using Kasa to book again!
